Brand Names definition

Brand Names means the trademark(s), service mark(x) and/or logo(s) or other designations under which Products are marketed and promoted by MSS or a Third Party.
Brand Names means any name, word or phrase associated, created, or used by the Licensor in connection with or to identify the Intellectual Property and includes:
Brand Names mean trademark brand names Trademarked in the United States of America for the following Products: *****, or any new product that TMP may introduce in due course.
