Applying Party definition

Applying Party refers to the Party that is submitting or has submitted an officer for cross-appointment to the other Party, and may refer to either the Tribe or the City.

  • The Principal may instruct a party ( Applying Party) to apply to the Australian Government for a mining industry bylaw to permit the entry free of customs duty of any goods which are to be imported for the purposes of this Contract.

  • Supplying Party shall have the meaning stated in Section 35.8.2.
