Issuing Party definition

Issuing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.2 (Review).
Issuing Party means the Party that issues a Dispute Notice under section 23.2.
Issuing Party shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 28.10.

  • The Receiving Party shall notify the Issuing Party of the Receiving Party’s representatives to conduct the negotiation within 5 Business Days of receiving the Dispute Notice.
