Antenna Area definition

Antenna Area means the area on an Eligible Pole where the Antenna(s) are installed and are components of a Network Node.
Antenna Area means the area on a Pole where the Antenna is installed, which is a component of a Wireless Facility. For a Wireless Facility that utilizes the top of a Pole, the Antenna Area shall be the Pole Top Space.
Antenna Area shall be an area on the roof of the Building designated by Landlord. Tenant shall be permitted to use the Antenna Area solely for one (1) Antenna installed in accordance with specifications approved by Landlord in advance (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld) utilizing a frequency or frequencies and transmission power identified in such approved specifications which Tenant will be installing in the Antenna Area and no other frequencies or transmission power shall be used by Tenant without Landlord's prior written consent. Such installation shall be designed in such manner as to be easily removable and so as not to damage the roof of the Building. The Antenna and any replacement shall be subject to Landlord's approval (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld). Tenant's use of the Antenna Area shall be upon all of the conditions of the Lease, except as follows:

Examples of Antenna Area in a sentence

  • In the event of an emergency, such notice shall follow within five (5) days after access to the Antenna Area.

  • Upon full execution of this Amendment, and on the first day of each month thereafter during the Term, Tenant shall pay to Landlord as rent for the Antenna Area, Two Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($250.00) per month ("Rent").

  • As noted above, based on the Issuer Survey, the most prevalent reason offered by issuers that do not disclose climate change-related information is that they are of the view that it is not material to them at this time.

  • Following installation of the Equipment and Cables, Tenant, Tenant's employees, agents and subcontractors shall have access to the Antenna Area twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, at no charge and shall at all times provide Landlord and/or Landlord's security personnel with proper identification and authorization from Tenant.

  • The term of the Lease with respect to the Antenna Area shall commence upon full execution of this Amendment and shall be coterminous with the Lease (as extended or renewed) subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 9 below.

  • Tenant desires to lease from Landlord and Landlord desires to lease to Tenant that portion of the roof ("Roof') shown as diagonally lined on the diagram attached as Exhibit "A" ("Antenna Area").

  • Nurses shall move from one rate of vacation accrual to the next higher level on the first full payroll period following their anniversary date after completion of the required calendar years of service as set forth above.

  • HMRC will still provide SLC with annual information within one year of the financial year ending, which will be reviewed and applied to customer accounts like before.

  • For a Network Node utilizing the Pole Top Space, the Wireless Equipment Area will not include the Antenna Area.

  • Landlord shall provide Tenant with 24-hour access to the Antenna Area, subject to Landlord’s reasonable security procedures and restrictions based on emergency conditions and to other causes beyond Landlord’s reasonable control.


More Definitions of Antenna Area

Antenna Area means the area on a Service Pole where the Antenna(s) are installed, which are components of a Network Node. For a Network Node that utilizes the top of a Pole, the Antenna Area shall be the Pole Top Space.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Antenna means communications equipment that transmits or receives electromagnetic radio frequency signals used in the provision of wireless services.

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

  • the LA area means the area in respect of which is the local authority.

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.

  • Slum area means any area where dwellings predominate which, by reason of depreciation, overcrowding, faulty arrangement or design, lack of ventilation, light or sanitary facilities, or any combination of these factors, are detrimental to the public safety, health or morals.

  • Collocation Space means an area of space located in a building to be used by CLEC to house telecommunications equipment that is necessary for interconnection or access to UNEs. Additionally, roof or wall space used for wireless interconnection shall be included in the definition where applicable.

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.

  • Adjacent area means the area outside the affected area or permit area where air, surface or ground water, fish, wildlife, vegetation or other resources protected by Chapter 1513. of the Revised Code, determined according to the context in which "adjacent area" is used, are or reasonably could be expected to be adversely affected by proposed coal mining and reclamation operations including probable impacts from underground workings. With respect to underground mining operations, "adjacent area" shall include, at a minimum, the surface areas above full coal recovery areas.

  • Licensed premises or “premises” means all rooms, enclosures, contiguous areas, or places susceptible of precise description satisfactory to the administrator where alcoholic beverages, wine, or beer is sold or consumed under authority of a liquor control license, wine permit, or beer permit. A single licensed premises may consist of multiple rooms, enclosures, areas, or places if they are wholly within the confines of a single building or contiguous grounds.

  • Underground area means an underground room, such as a basement, cellar, shaft or vault, providing enough space for physical inspection of the exterior of the tank situated on or above the surface of the floor.

  • Satellite means any satellite owned by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and any satellite purchased by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of a Satellite Purchase Agreement, whether such satellite is in the process of manufacture, has been delivered for launch or is in orbit (whether or not in operational service).

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Business Area means an adjacent area that is zoned by a state, county, township, or municipal zoning authority for industrial or commercial purposes, customarily referred to as "b" or business, "c" or commercial, "i" or industrial, "m" or manufacturing, and "s" or service, and all other similar classifications and that is within a city, village, or charter township or is within 1 mile of the corporate limits of a city, village, or charter township or is beyond 1 mile of the corporate limits of a city, village, or charter township and contains 1 or more permanent structures devoted to the industrial or commercial purposes described in this subdivision and that extends along the highway a distance of 800 feet beyond each edge of the activity. Each side of the highway is considered separately in applying this definition except that where it is not topographically feasible for a sign or sign structure to be erected or maintained on the same side of the highway as the permanent structure devoted to industrial or commercial purposes, a business area may be established on the opposite side of a primary highway in an area zoned commercial or industrial or in an unzoned area with the approval of the state highway commission. A permanent structure devoted to industrial or commercial purposes does not result in the establishment of a business area on both sides of the highway. All measurements shall be from the outer edge of the regularly used building, parking lot, or storage or processing area of the commercial or industrial activity and not from the property lines of the activities and shall be along or parallel to the edge or pavement of the highway. Commercial or industrial purposes are those activities generally restricted to commercial or industrial zones in jurisdictions that have zoning. In addition, the following activities are not commercial or industrial:

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Open space means undeveloped land, a naturally landscaped area, or a formal or man-made landscaped area that provides a connective link or a buffer between other resources.

  • Expansion Space means any space in the Building which, at any time during the Lease Term, is occupied by a Person other than Landlord under a written lease with Landlord, and the term “Tenant’s Expansion Space” means Expansion Space which Tenant has elected to lease as provided in this paragraph. Landlord agrees to notify Tenant promptly after Landlord learns that any Expansion Space is or will become available. Subject to the prior rights of other tenants to whom Landlord has granted substantially similar rights, Tenant has the option to lease any Expansion Space which Landlord notifies Tenant is or will become available. If Tenant gives Landlord notice of its exercise of this option within thirty (30) days after notification from Landlord of the availability of the Expansion Space and if no Event of Default exists when Tenant’s notice is given, this Lease will be deemed to be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space as part of the Premises for the remainder of the Lease Term upon all of the same terms contained in this Lease except that (i) the Rentable Area of the Premises will be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space; (ii) Tenant’s Share will be increased to include the rentable area of Tenant’s Expansion Space; (iii) the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space will be the earlier of sixty (60) days after the date on which Tenant’s Expansion Space becomes vacant and ready for occupancy (provided that date is at least sixty (60) days after Tenant exercises its option to lease the Expansion Space), or the date on which the Expansion Space is first occupied by Tenant; (iv) if Tenant’s Expansion Space contains a rentable area of 10,000 square feet or more, and if there are less than three (3) Lease Years remaining in the Lease Term, the Lease Term will be extended to include three (3) full years from the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space; and (v) subject to adjustment during each Fixed Rental Period as provided in Exhibit E, Basic Rent for each year of the remaining Lease Term (as it may be extended) will be the greater of (a) the Basic Rent last paid by the Person most recently occupying Tenant’s Expansion Space or (b) Market Rent determined as provided in the Rent Rider attached as Exhibit E. If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Work space means that portion of the court’s facilities dedicated to each court reporter, including but not limited to actual space in the courtroom and any designated office space.
