  • In case of a Field, the plan for decommissioning and abandonment and the mechanisms to make the necessary funds available shall be provided for in the respective Development Plan and reviewed from time to time throughout the Production Phase through the Annual Work and Budget Programs.

Related to Annual Work and Budget

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Bank and adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Bank.

  • Annual Work Plan means each annual work plan, together with the related budget, for the Project approved by the Association pursuant to the provisions of Section I.B.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Operating Budget has the meaning given in Section 3.11(a).

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each, and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
