Ancillary Revenues definition

Ancillary Revenues means revenues generated by the conduct of activities at the Facilities by Affiliates of the Company or SALMI or by third parties, other than the provision of assxxxxx living services, room rentals, food service and care with activities of daily life. Such activities may include, but not be limited to, the sale of products and providing financial advice and services.
Ancillary Revenues means (a) all fees or revenues actually recorded each month by or on behalf of Practice which are not Physician Services Revenues or Capitation Revenues, or revenues from sources expressly set forth on Schedule 7.1 attached hereto plus (b) revenues from capitation allocated to Ancillary Revenues which are not otherwise included in Capitation Revenues or Physician Services Revenues.
Ancillary Revenues means certain non-Customer Contract revenues earned by the Co-Issuers from high-pressure cylinder sales or leases, and installation, maintenance and other sales, services and fees.

Ancillary Revenues means all Gross Revenues (as hereinafter defined) other than Ticket Revenues (as hereinafter defined), including, without limitation, any revenues relating to food, beverage and merchandise concessions, parking revenues ticket surcharges, season ticket differentials, club income, sponsorship income or any other similar ancillary income.
Ancillary Revenues means (a) all fees or revenues actually recorded each month (net of Adjustments) by or on behalf of Practice which are not Physician Services Revenues or Capitation Revenues, including medical director fees, global and technical fees from medical ancillary services, and fees for medical management and utilization, and other distributions to Practice from health care related investments, and including any interest, investment, rental or similar payments or income made or payable to Practice, plus (b) revenues from capitation allocated to Ancillary Revenues which are not otherwise included in Capitation Revenues or Physician Services Revenues; excluding however (a) revenue from investments made individually by Physician Shareholders; and (b) revenue from medical director fees of a Physician Shareholder if (i) such medical directorships are not in violation of any agreement to which the Physician Shareholder is bound, and (ii) such revenue was not included or reflected in financial information or statements of Practice which were provided to Manager in order to induce Manager to enter into the transactions contemplated by the Master Transaction Agreement.

  • CAISO Revenues means the credits, fees, payments, revenues, interest or similar benefits, including imbalance energy payments, that are directly assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO Global Resource ID for the Generating Facility for, or attributable to, Scheduling or deliveries from the Generating Facility under this Agreement.

  • Advertising Revenues means revenues derived from sales of advertising that are made available to Grantee’s Cable System subscribers within the City and shall be allocated on a pro rata basis using total Cable Service subscribers reached by the advertising. Additionally, Grantee agrees that Gross Revenues subject to franchise fees shall include all commissions, rep fees, Affiliated Entity fees, or rebates paid to National Cable Communications (“NCC”) and Comcast Spotlight (“Spotlight”) or their successors associated with sales of advertising on the Cable System within the City allocated according to this paragraph using total Cable Service subscribers reached by the advertising.

Gross Operating Revenues shall be reduced by credits or refunds to guests at such Hotel Property.
