AMEX Client definition

AMEX Client means any AMEX Customer that is a party to an AMEX PEO CSA and is not a party to an ASF PEO CSA.
AMEX Client means a business enterprise, including without limitation divisions or departments thereof, that has a Corporate Card account or an American Express Business Travel Account from time to time during the term of this Agreement.
AMEX Client means a Referred Prospect who executes an FXIP Agreement with AEII and becomes a customer of AEII.
