Amended SFL Charters definition

Amended SFL Charters means, collectively, the new head-charter or sub-charter agreements, the form of which shall be consistent with the SFL Term Sheet and included in the Plan Supplement, to be executed by the applicable Reorganized Debtor on the Effective Date in full satisfaction of the SFL Claims under each applicable Prepetition SFL Charter.
