Restructuring Term Sheet definition

Restructuring Term Sheet means the term sheet attached as Exhibit A to the Restructuring Support Agreement.

• In the event of any conflict among the terms and provisions in the Restructuring Term Sheet and this Agreement, the terms and provisions of the Restructuring Term Sheet shall control.

• Capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined shall have the meaning set forth in the Restructuring Term Sheet.

Restructuring Term Sheet has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
