Time Charter definition

Time Charter means the hire of a Vessel by which the charterer obtains possession and control of the Vessel for an agreed period of time or an agreed voyage.
Time Charter means the time charter party between Owners as owners and Stena Bulk AB (the "Time Charterers") as charterers effective attached hereto as Annex 1. "Agreement" means Part I, Part II, including Additional Clauses 21-31 as well as Annex 1.
Time Charter means, in relation to each Ship, the time charter made or to be made between the Bareboat Charterer and the Time Charterer in respect of such Ship;

More Definitions of Time Charter

Time Charter means, in respect of each Vessel, the time charterparty entered into by the Borrower and the Charterer or such other time charterparty entered into from time to time in respect of a Vessel in accordance with this Agreement.
Time Charter means in respect of the Vessel, the time charter dated 18 December 2007 between the Borrower and the Time Charterer.
