Charter Agreements definition

Charter Agreements means each of the time-charterparty agreements entered into by the Company listed in Schedule 3 (Charter Agreements) as the same may have been or may be amended from time to time.

Charter Agreements include the following agreements:

Charter Agreements means (a) the Original Charter, (b) the Novated Charter and (c) this Agreement.

More Definitions of Charter Agreements

Charter Agreements means any charter of the Vessel consented to by Lender in accordance with this Agreement.

Charter Agreements means all charter agreements from time to time entered into between the Borrower and one or more charterers in relation to the charter of the Vessel from the Borrower.

Charter Agreements means the time charter or bareboat charter agreements relating to the Vessels as such agreements are currently in effect.
