Parent Charter definition

Parent Charter means the Amended Certificate of Incorporation of Parent.
Parent Charter has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(b).

More Definitions of Parent Charter

Parent Charter means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of Parent, as amended by that Certificate of Amendment No. 1, dated December 7, 2016, and the Certificate of Amendment No. 2, dated June 3, 2021, as may be further amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Parent Charter means the memorandum and articles of association of Parent, as amended effective July 20, 2012.
Parent Charter means the Certificate of Incorporation of Parent, as from time to time amended.
