Agricultural labor camp definition

Agricultural labor camp means one (1) or more buildings or structures, tents, trailers, or vehicles, together with the land appertaining thereto, established, operated, and used as living quarters for five (5) or more adult seasonal or temporary workers engaged in agricultural activities, including related food processing.
Agricultural labor camp means an area as described in IC 16-41-26-1.
Agricultural labor camp means a tract of land and all tents, vehicles, buildings, or other structures pertaining thereto, part of which is established, occupied, or used as living quarters for 5 or more migratory laborers engaged in agricultural activities, including related food processing.
