Landlord may elect, in its sole ------------------------------------------- discretion, from time to time, to change the layout, design and plans for the Lot, or to construct additional buildings and/or other structures and improvements on the Lot (or any part thereof), or to add to or reduce the size of the Lot, or to subdivide the Lot, or to grant, locate or relocate easements burdening or affecting the Lot.

On-Premises Service Sales – Any service sold on the Premises, including, but not limited to: farm-related services; animal husbandry; visitor-related events and services; entertainment services; professional services; and facility or equipment rental services; regardless of whether such services are related to Agricultural activity.
