Aerospace Business definition

Aerospace Business means the assets constituting the business of Ball Aerospace and its Subsidiaries on the date hereof and business reasonably related or incidental to such business, but excluding all Cash and Cash Equivalents held by Ball Aerospace and its Subsidiaries other than Cash and Cash Equivalents held in the ordinary course of business and in an amount consistent with past practices.
Aerospace Business means the assets constituting the aerospace business of Company, including the business of Ball Aerospace and its Subsidiaries on the date hereof, and business directly or indirectly owned or operated by Company or any of its Subsidiaries and reasonably related or incidental to such aerospace business, but excluding all Cash and Cash Equivalents held by said aerospace business and related or incidental businesses other than Cash and Cash Equivalents held in the ordinary course of business and in an amount consistent with past practices.
Aerospace Business means the business heretofore and currently engaged in by the Company and its Subsidiaries and their respective predecessors of designing, building, selling, installing, modifying, repairing, servicing and supporting spacecraft, liquid-fueled rocket engines, military and civilian aircraft, tactical weapons, unmanned missiles, applied energy technologies (including, without limitation, solar, kinetic and laser), and parts, components and materials for the foregoing, contract work for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and the Company's interest in United Space Alliance, LLC, and activities related thereto, and shall include any former or discontinued operations primarily related to the Aerospace Business as previously conducted, including, without limitation, the former or discontinued operations listed on Schedule 1.1(a)(i); provided, however, that Aerospace Business does not include any part of the Collins Business, any Contributed A&D Assets or any Divesxxx Xxxiness of the Aerospace Business, including, without limitation, the Divested Businesses listed on Schedule 1.1(a)(ii).
