In addition, NASA is responsible for the environmental stewardship of the land, water, and wildlife resources under its control. In accordance with 51 U.S.C. § 20113 (e) of the National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958 (51 U.S.C. § 20101 et seq.), NASA is authorized to enter into a cooperative agreement to establish the Californian CESU to assist in providing research, technical assistance and education.

  • Construction Administration Redeveloper shall be responsible for all components of the Redeveloper Improvements constructed by Redeveloper including construction management, coordination of contractors and regulatory permitting and other requirements. Redeveloper and its contractor(s) shall reasonably cooperate with City contractors performing work in the vicinity of the Redevelopment Project Area including, but not limited to, Redeveloper's scheduling of its work to provide for a smooth sequence of operations.
