Adopting Party definition

Adopting Party means any party, other than Adopter, that has properly entered into or later properly enters into an Adopters Agreement during the Adoption Period.
Adopting Party s address for notice under Section 14.4 of the Credit Agreement3.1. shall be as set forth beneath its signature below.

  • Designating Party means the Party or non-party that designates Documents, Testimony, or Information as Confidential Material.

  • Participating Party means an enterprise or public body that has committed itself to reaching certain objectives under a voluntary agreement, or is covered by a national regulatory policy instrument;

  • Terminating Party As defined in Section 7.1(f).

  • Originating Party means the Party, including any entity which provides Classified Information in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in its state;

  • Initiating Party means a party who gives notice under section 2 of this Schedule;

  • Assisting Party means a party that provides assistance pursuant to this Agreement during an emergency or disaster.

  • Consenting Party means a Party who agrees to participate in and pay its share of the cost of an Exclusive Operation.

  • Affected Person means a SEF applicant whose admission application is declined or is conditioned or a Person whose status as a Participant is terminated as set forth in Rule 303(e).

  • Audited Party means the Party being audited by the Auditing Party.

  • Aggrieved party means a party entitled to pursue a remedy.

  • Preparing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(a)(ii).

  • Project affected persons (PAPs) means persons who, for reasons of the involuntary taking or voluntary contribution of their land and other assets under the project, result in direct economic and or social adverse impacts, regardless of whether or not the said Project affected persons physically relocate. These people may have their:

  • Required Party has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03 of this Agreement.

  • Aggrieved person is the person or persons making the claim.

  • Affected Persons means persons who, on account of an involuntary taking of land under the Project, had or would have their: (a) standard of living adversely affected; or (b) right, title or interest in any house, land (including premises, agricultural and grazing land) or any other fixed or movable asset acquired or possessed, temporarily or permanently; or (c) access to productive assets adversely affected, temporarily or permanently; or (d) business, occupation, work or place of residence or habitat adversely affected, temporarily or permanently; and “Affected Person” means any of the Affected Persons.

  • Affected Party has the meaning specified in Section 5(b).

  • Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.

  • Managing Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(a).

  • Programme Party means a party to a Programme Document (other than the Issuer and ETP Securityholders).

  • Attaching Party means any Party wishing to make a physical Facility Attachment on or in any AT&T structure.

  • Independent Third Party means any Person who, immediately prior to a contemplated transaction, does not own in excess of 5% of the Company’s Common Units on a fully-diluted basis (a “5% Owner”), who is not controlling, controlled by or under common control with any such 5% Owner and who is not the spouse or descendant (by birth or adoption) of any such 5% Owner or a trust for the benefit of such 5% Owner and/or such other Persons.
