Non-Affected Party definition

Non-Affected Party means, so long as there is only one Affected Party, the other party.
Non-Affected Party shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 17.2(a);
Non-Affected Party has the meaning specified in Section 16.1.

  • The Affected Party shall give prompt notice (whether written or oral) to the Non-Affected Party of its declaration of an event of Force Majeure, to be followed by written notice within twenty-four (24) hours after receiving any oral notice of the occurrence of a Force Majeure event, including, to the extent feasible, the details and the expected duration of the Force Majeure event and the volume of Feedstock or Products affected.
