Additional Construction Costs definition

Additional Construction Costs means any net increases in construction costs for the Vessel which (i) result from actions by the Initial Charterer or the Technical Supervisor; (ii) are approved by the Owner, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld; and (iii) occur after execution of the Building Contract but prior to the Delivery Date.
Additional Construction Costs means in respect of a Vessel, any increase in the Contract Price under Article II paragraph 2 of the relevant Shipbuilding Contract;
Additional Construction Costs means, with respect to a Change Order, any and all additional costs and expenses which are attributable to such Change Order, including, without limitation, architectural and design fees and expenses and the amount charged to Lessor by the Approved Contractor for such Change Order, which may include reasonable, customary, and applicable administrative, overhead and profit allowances payable to the Approved Contractor, plus any reasonable, customary, and applicable administrative fee charged by Lessor with respect to such Change Order.

Examples of Additional Construction Costs in a sentence

  • Upon prior written notice to the Customer, if Dominion Energy elects to remediate the contamination, Customer shall pay all costs incurred by Dominion Energy arising from or caused by the remediation as Additional Construction Costs.

  • This shall include all of the costs identified herein and any Additional Construction Costs are subject to change based on materials and contractor costs as described above.

  • The Required Capital Contribution does not include additional construction costs that may arise during the Work, including but not limited to, costs for obtaining rights-of- way and permits, difficult or weather-related construction conditions, frost, rock trenching, other requests by Customer, or unanticipated delays (Additional Construction Costs).

  • Pursuant to each Charter, the Additional Construction Costs to which a Series relates shall not exceed $250,000 without the consent of the related Owner.

  • St. John’s has paid, will pay, or will cause to be paid the St. John’s Additional Contribution and the St. John’s Shared Additional Construction Costs towards the Synod Construction Costs (collectively, “St. John’s Construction Funding”).

  • Customer shall be responsible for any i.ncreased costs due to price changes for labor or materials, which will be billed as Additional Construction Costs.

More Definitions of Additional Construction Costs

Additional Construction Costs means, with respect to a Change Order, any and all additional costs and expenses which are attributable to such Change Order, including, without limitation, architectural and design fees and expenses and the amount charged to Lessor by the Approved Contractor for such Change Order, which may include reasonable, customary, and applicable administrative, overhead and profit allowances payable to the Approved Contractor, plus any reasonable, customary, and applicable administrative fee charged by Lessor with respect to such Change Order. For the avoidance of doubt, subsections 40.41, 40.42 and 40.43 of the Lease have been and hereby are deleted in their entirety.
Additional Construction Costs means the additional dollar costs of all change orders to the Initial Construction Cost, represented by the General Contractor’s Change Orders #1, #2, #3, and #4, together with any other change orders of the General Contractor, if applicable, except that the following are not included in the Additional Construction Costs: (i) the cost of rerouting the 3-phase feeder circuit as described in General Contractor’s Change Order #1 ($4,105.00); (ii) the cost of replacing existing windows as described in General Contractor’s Change Order #2 ($9,914.00); (iii) the costs associated with the refurbishing of St. John’s main floor bathrooms, as described in the General Contractor’s Change Order #2 ($37,778); (iv) the costs associated with replacing lamps in the Lefstead Hall fixtures and replacing the Men’s bathroom closer, as described in General Contractor’s Change Order #4 (totaling $935.00); (v) the costs paid by St. John’s, if any, related to defects in the Synod Construction, including items set forth on the Punch List; and (vi) the Synod-Requested Change Order Costs.
Additional Construction Costs means the following costs (to the extent not included in the Construction Cost): (w) all reasonable out-of-pocket costs for the preparation of the Tenant Working Drawings (including the Tenant Engineering Drawings), interior design and finish schedule plans, drawings and specifications (including any as built drawings), and all other space plans and plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvements, (x) all reasonable out-of-pocket costs of obtaining building permits and other necessary authorizations from the applicable governmental authorities and the payment and performance bond for the Tenant Contractor, (y) the reasonable out-of-pocket expenses of moving to the Initial Leased Premises, and (z) all other reasonable out-of-pocket costs of procuring and installing the Tenant Improvements (including communication equipment) in the Initial Leased Premises. Tenant must submit reasonable documentation to Landlord supporting such reimbursement or payment at least ten (10) days prior to the proposed disbursement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease, in no event is Landlord obligated to disburse amounts for the Additional Construction Costs to the extent Landlord reasonably believes that the sum of the Construction Cost, the sums previously disbursed by Landlord for Additional Construction Costs and the Additional Construction Costs requested may exceed the Construction Allowance.
