TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR definition

TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR means Chevron Shipping Company, San Francisco, California (as Agent for the Initial Charterer).
TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR means the person assigned by the Employer to represent the Employer and to perform technical supervision, control the compliance of the Works with this Contract and verify the use of appropriate certified materials, and/or perform construction supervision, if required, for the performance of the Contract.
