Acquired Customer definition

Acquired Customer means a Customer formerly supplied by assets that were formerly owned by a Distributor other than Hydro One and those assets were acquired by and are now owned and operated by Hydro One and as such the Customer is now supplied by Hydro One.‌
Acquired Customer means an individual that becomes a Customer through a Postmedia Contact Point.
Acquired Customer shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 3.05.

Acquired Customer means an individual who (i) clicks through a Link on your site and/or Sub- affiliate site to Bet9ja site, (ii) does not have a valid operating betting account with Bet9ja at the time of referral to Bet9ja site via a Link and (iii) opens and maintains a valid betting account with Bet9ja. Acquired Customer means: (a) a first time paying customer of Audible; (b) who is referred to Audible’s website by Apple; (c) via a specific Uniform Resource Locator that identifies Apple as the referring entity or via an Audible-approved media or offer code or other Audible pre-approved method of tracking; and (d) [***].
