Material Customer definition

Material Customer has the meaning set forth in Section 3.21(a).
Material Customer shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.

Examples of Material Customer in a sentence

  • To Seller’s Knowledge, no Material Customer plans to cease or reduce the purchase or license of products of the Business from Seller or any of its Controlled Affiliates (including the Acquired Entity).

  • Since December 31, 2023, the Sellers have not engaged in any material dispute related to the Business with any Material Customer or Material Supplier, and no Material Customer or Material Supplier has notified any Seller that it intends to terminate or materially alter its relationship with the Business.

  • During the past two (2) years, neither Seller nor any of its Controlled Affiliates (including the Acquired Entity) has had any material disputes with any Material Customer.
