  • Travel Pay Any employee required by the Employer to travel to a place of work other than his/her regular official duty station shall be reimbursed for travel costs, if eligible, in accordance with University policy.

  • Separation Pay 11.1 Upon separation, eligible employees may choose either Option A or Option B.

  • When Your Coverage Begins Your coverage will begin on the first day of the month following your eligibility date as long as we receive required enrollment information within the first thirty (30) days following your eligibility date and the premium is paid. If you or your dependents fail to enroll at this time, you cannot enroll in the plan unless you do so through an Open Enrollment Period or a Special Enrollment Period.

  • COBRA Premiums If Executive timely elects continued coverage under COBRA, the Company will pay Executive’s COBRA premiums to continue Executive’s coverage (including coverage for Executive’s eligible dependents, if applicable) (“COBRA Premiums”) through the period starting on the termination date and ending twelve (12) months after the termination date (the “COBRA Premium Period”); provided, however, that the Company’s provision of such COBRA Premium benefits will immediately cease if during the COBRA Premium Period Executive becomes eligible for group health insurance coverage through a new employer or Executive ceases to be eligible for COBRA continuation coverage for any reason, including plan termination. In the event Executive becomes covered under another employer’s group health plan or otherwise ceases to be eligible for COBRA during the COBRA Premium Period, Executive must immediately notify the Company of such event.

  • Premium Pay “Premium Pay” is a special pay rate for working during times that are less desirable, such as weekends, holidays or late shifts. The City will not pay the Consultant Premium Pay.

  • Pay and Benefits A. The Agency shall continue to pay salary and benefits which includes pension contribution, insurance and paid leave time consistent with what they earned before their appointment. Employees appointed as a Contract Specialist shall not be eligible for reimbursement for uniforms, boots or other ancillary items while serving as a Contract Specialist the specifics which will be noted in the employee’s Contract Specialist agreement.

  • Court Pay (1) When an off-duty member is subpoenaed to court and so reports, the member shall be paid or credited a minimum of four (4) hours at the member's appropriate rate of pay, unless the court clock-out time is within one-half (½) hour of the beginning of the member’s tour of duty or later. In the latter case, the member shall be paid at a rate of time and one-half (1½) for all hours worked up to the starting time for that tour of duty.

  • COBRA Benefits Executive and Executive’s qualified beneficiaries, as applicable, shall be entitled to continuation of group health coverage following the Termination Date under the Employer’s group health plan, to the extent required under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1986, with Executive required to pay the same amount as Executive would pay if Executive continued in employment with the Employer during such period as described in Section 4(e) of the Employment Agreement.

  • Holiday Premium Pay A Nurse working on a recognized Holiday is entitled to the following compensation for any hours worked on the calendar date of the recognized Holiday:
