Xxxxx Term. This Agreement will take effect on the Execution Date and terminate on November 30, 2021 ("Grant Term").
Xxxxx Term. If awarded, this agreement will take effect on the date the application was submitted and will terminate on December 31, 2024. (“Grant Term”).
Xxxxx Term. Unless otherwise provided herein, this Agreement shall be effective from the date of execution herein first written above by the parties, and shall remain in effect for eighteen (18) months from the official Notice to Proceed (“NTP”) date issued by the CITY (“Grant Term”). The Grant Term and the provisions herein shall be extended to cover any additional time period during which the GRANTEE remains in control of any portion of the Grant Amount. All activities and services required by this Agreement shall be completed after the NTP date and before the Grant Activity end date specified in Appendix A: Final Grant Proposal, Budget and Schedule. The CITY may increase the Grant Term through a written amendment executed by both parties. In this situation, the GRANTEE shall revise the appropriate sections of Appendix A: Final Grant Proposal, Budget, and Schedule, and provide a narrative explaining the change(s) and describing the justification for such change(s).
Xxxxx Term. As previously referenced on Page 6, Line 16: 36 months shall be deleted and replaced with 50 months.
Xxxxx Term. Owner hereby licenses to User and User hereby licenses from Owner the Space for the Term, which will commence on the Commencement Date and end on the Expiration Date, all as described in the Basic Terms, as may be extended or terminated earlier as provided herein (collectively, Term). This Agreement does not guarantee User exclusivity in any particular space and is personal to User and its permitted employees, agents, licensees, and invitees and may not be assigned by User for any reason.
Xxxxx Term. Initial Lease Term: Seventy-Three (73) full calendar months.
Xxxxx Term. 1. Unless terminated as provided in Section E, the Grant Term begins at 12:01 am Pacific Standard Time on the 3rd day of March 2021 and ends at 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time on the 31st day of December, 2021. All funds must be expended by end of the Grant Term or returned to the City as provided in Subsection B(4).
Xxxxx Term. This Agreement shall become effective on the date signed by the last party to sign the Agreement and shall continue in effect through December 31, 2023, unless extended or terminated pursuant to this Agreement.
Xxxxx Term. The Lease Term is for a period of 341 days beginning at 10:00 a.m. on August 25, 2017 and ending at 12:00 midnight on July 31, 2018.
