Xxxxx Cash Accounts. EXPERIAN and NEWCO agree to work with EXPERIAN's banks to cause the escrow and xxxxx cash bank accounts applicable to the RES Business to transfer to NEWCO as of the Effective Time. These accounts are Xxxxx Fargo accounts No. 4159777689, No. 4159777697 and No. 4091219493; US West account No. 5447041194; and Texas Commerce Bank account No. 0000000. Funds in these accounts as of the Effective Time will be the property of NEWCO. EXPERIAN will operate and fund these accounts in the ordinary course of business until the Effective Date.

Xxxxx Cash Accounts. ED shall administer xxxxx cash funds for TFPPCS as follows: • No purchased will be reimbursed through a xxxxx cash account unless accompanied by a receipt and noted in a xxxxx cash report. • The xxxxx cash report and accompanying receipts should be turned in at least quarterly to the business office to reimburse the fund. • When the xxxxx cash is reimbursed the proper account will be charged. • Money received must be put directly into pretty cash and an accounting of the funds must be made quarterly to the business office. Xxxxx cash is designed for making incidental purchases and should not be used to circumvent the purchase order process. Xxxxx cash funds may be established for School and special programs in such instances as they will expedite the purchase of minor items and/or provide immediate payment for minor services. Expenditures against these funds must be itemized and documented with receipts, and will be charged to the applicable budget code. The custodian for such accounts at TFPPCS will be the ED.
Xxxxx Cash Accounts. The Borrower will not permit the balance of either of the Xxxxx Cash Accounts to exceed $15,000.00 in the aggregate at any time, unless a Depository Bank Agreement shall be delivered with respect to either Xxxxx Cash Account.
Xxxxx Cash Accounts balance is generally small but the fact that it is cash can lead to loss.

  • Cash Accounts The Custodian will open and maintain in the name of the Client one or more cash deposit accounts (each a “Cash Account”) in such currencies as may be required in connection with the investment activity of the Client.

  • Cash Account Except as otherwise provided in Instructions acceptable to Bank, all cash held in the Cash Account shall be deposited during the period it is credited to the Account in one or more deposit accounts at Bank or at Bank's London Branch. Cash accounts opened on the books of a Subcustodian may be opened in the name of the Fund or the Custodian or in the name of the Custodian for its customers generally (Agency Accounts). Such deposits shall be obligations of the Subcustodian and shall be treated as an Investment of the Fund. Accordingly, the Custodian shall be responsible for exercising reasonable care in the administration of such accounts but shall not be liable for their repayment in the event such Subcustodian, by reason of its bankruptcy, insolvency or otherwise, fails to make repayment.

  • Bank Accounts; Cash Balances (a) Each Party agrees to take, or cause the members of its Group to take, at the Effective Time (or such earlier time as the Parties may agree), all actions necessary to amend all contracts or agreements governing each bank and brokerage account owned by SpinCo or any other member of the SpinCo Group (collectively, the “SpinCo Accounts”) and all contracts or agreements governing each bank or brokerage account owned by Parent or any other member of the Parent Group (collectively, the “Parent Accounts”) so that each such SpinCo Account and Parent Account, if currently linked (whether by automatic withdrawal, automatic deposit or any other authorization to transfer funds from or to) to any Parent Account or SpinCo Account, respectively, is de-linked from such Parent Account or SpinCo Account, respectively.

Any credit made to any Principal or Agency Account or any other Fund account before actual receipt of cleared funds shall be provisional and may be reversed by the Custodian or its Sub-custodian in the event such payment is not actually collected. Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing by the Custodian or any Sub-custodian, all deposits shall be payable only at the branch of the Custodian or Sub-custodian where the deposit is made or carried.
