Working Conditions. 19.1 The Administration agrees to provide working conditions that meet health and safety standards provided for in applicable state and federal statutes. When a condition is found not to meet such standards, the Administration agrees to remedy such conditions as soon as possible and within budgetary constraints; provided further, however, that no bargaining-unit member shall be compelled to work under conditions which confront him/her with an imminent safety and/or health danger.

  • WORKING CONDITIONS 10.01 The Union will co-operate with the Employer in maintaining good working conditions.

  • Safe Working Conditions The Employer undertakes to maintain office furniture, equipment, etc., in a practical and safe condition in order to avoid injury to employees or damage to their attire. Employees, for their part and in their own interest, are expected to advise the Employer of any such potentially injurious equipment.

  • GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS The District has empowered school communities to make decisions at the school level in return for accountability for results. To maximize the likelihood of success, each school must be permitted to implement programs that meet the needs of its students and community.
