Work Scheduled Defined. A work schedule is defined as the time of day and the days of the week the employee is assigned to work. All permanent full-time employees in the unit shall be scheduled for five (5) shifts of eight (8) hours and two (2) consecutive days off within each workweek, or four (4) shifts of ten (10) hours and three (3) consecutive days off within each workweek. Saturday and Sunday will be considered as consecutive days off within the workweek.
