WORKING DUES 6.1 The hourly working dues shall be calculated at two percent (2%) of the Principal Operator hourly wage rate and shall be deducted from each employee covered by this Agreement for each hour for which wages are payable. Shiftwork 38.1 Shift Penalties (Excluding Home Care Classifications)
Work Day/Work Week 1. The work week shall consist of five (5) consecutive days Monday through Friday of no more than eight (8) hours per day and no more than forty (40) hours per work week. This shall not restrict the extension of the employee’s usual and customary workday or workweek when such is necessary to carry on the business of the School District. Employees who actually work more than forty (40) hours per week will receive overtime pay (time-and-a-half).
Work Shifts Employees shall be scheduled to work on regular work shifts having regular starting and quitting times. Except for emergencies (see Section D), employees' work schedules shall not be changed without written notice to the employee at least five (5) working days prior to the date the change is to be effective. Day Work (a) The normal work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours and the normal work day shall be seven and one-half (7½) consecutive hours, exclusive of a meal period, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The normal work week shall be Monday to Friday inclusive.

Work Site Work site shall be defined as a college campus or any other place designated by management where instruction and/or services are performed.
TECHNICAL TASKS Products that require a draft version are indicated by marking “(draft and final)” after the product name in the “Products” section of the task/subtask. Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.
