Withdrawal of the Offer. If the offer is withdrawn within one year of the contract, the purchaser shall be at liberty to cancel the contract, forfeit the security deposit and also recover from the supplier (seller) the extra loss incidental to the breach of contract on the part of the supplier (seller).
