WITHDRAWAL OF ACCOUNT.  Any withdrawal of money must be made by THE CLIENT personally or by written order on the forms provided by THE BANK at the request of the interested party. THE CLIENT waives the right to write checks or letters against this account.  Any customer of THE BANK can make any move to their savings account without having to present the savings book in any THE BANK branch. The balance that appears in the notebook provided by THE BANK will serve only for information of THE CUSTOMER.  The books and records of THE BANK will determine the correct balance of the account. - THE CUSTOMER is obliged to THE BANK to sign the orders of retirement and instructions of all kinds related to this account with his signature autograph identical to the one registered in the books of THE BANK and to indicate clearly the number of the account. In case the CLIENT has registered a seal (facsimile), this will replace the signature of THE CLIENT in which case this liability reliever to THE BANK in the event that the latter effected any instruction with the stolen, altered or falsified facsimile seal . - THE BANK will only proceed with those orders or instructions drawn by THE CLIENT in accordance with the law and this regulation being authorized to refuse to comply with any order or instruction given by THE CLIENT, If in the judgment of THE BANK such orders or instructions to the Signature of THE CLIENT are incomplete altered whether defective or falsified, so that THE BANK is released from all liability in case it proceeds as provided in this clause. - Any payment order drawn by the CLIENT against the account shall be understood as being payable at sight and as a consequence, THE BANK may pay it even if it has been postdated by the CLIENT.
