Wage Gap. In the event of a minimum wage increase subsequent to the signing of this Agreement, the start rates of all classifications in the Collective Agreement shall be increased in order to maintain a minimum level of twenty-five ($0.25) cents above minimum wage.

Wage Gap. The parties agree that should the minimum wage in the province of Manitoba increase during the term of this Agreement, the rates will be adjusted so as to ensure there is a minimum twenty-five (25¢) cent differential between any Gas Bar rate and the minimum wage for the province.   • Wage Scales 27.1 Upon request, with reasonable notice, the City will provide an accurate amount of the individual employee's accumulated sick leave, holiday and vacation credits.

The length of time off shall be at the discretion of the employer.

  • TERMINAL LEAVE Any employee who is separated from State service for any reason including layoff shall receive within seven (7) days a lump sum payment for the number of hours of accrued annual leave at the employee's annualized hourly rate of pay.

  • Hospitality Service Sprint shall provide all blocking, screening, and all other applicable functions available for hospitality lines under tariff.

  • Hourly Wage Rates The Employer shall pay wages to every employee covered by this Agreement at the rates set forth in Schedule "A" hereunto annexed in respect of the various classifications therein contained. Schedule "A" shall be deemed to be contained in, and form a part of this Agreement.

  • Minimum Wage Rates It shall include, in all contracts in excess of $2,000 for work on any projects funded under this grant agreement which involve labor, provisions establishing minimum rates of wages, to be predetermined by the Secretary of Labor, in accordance with the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act, as amended (40 U.S.C. 276a-276a-5), which contractors shall pay to skilled and unskilled labor, and such minimum rates shall be stated in the invitation for bids and shall be included in proposals or bids for the work.

  • Community Service Leave Community service leave is provided for in the NES.

  • Living Wage Ordinance CONTRACTOR shall comply with the Living Wage Ordinance, LAAC Section 10.37 et seq., as amended from time to time. CONTRACTOR further agrees that it shall comply with federal law proscribing retaliation for union organizing. Any subcontract entered into by CONTRACTOR for work to be performed under this Contract must include an identical provision.
