Terminal Leave definition

Terminal Leave means grant of earned leave and/or half pay leave due to a Government employee on termination of his services on account of abolition of his post.
Terminal Leave means leave taken by an employee immediately prior to retirement from City employment and extending to the established retirement date. Only an employee's accrued vacation and sick leave may be used as terminal leave.
Terminal Leave means leave as defined in Rule (…………………) of the "Company Leave Rules 19… ".

Terminal Leave means leave due to an individual under the terms of a written contract for his employment in the Republic, taken after the last day of service of the individual in the Republic under such contract;

The Hours of Service credited for a "maternity or paternity leave of absence" shall be those which would normally have been credited but for such absence, or, in any case in which the Administrator is unable to determine such hours normally credited, eight (8) Hours of Service per day. The total Hours of Service required to be credited for a "maternity or paternity leave of absence" shall not exceed 501.
