Vocational training fund. Employers shall pay 0.30% of the wages of union members to a vocational training fund. If, on the other hand, the company formally attends to vocational training issues and spends on them an amount comparable to or greater than the proportion stated above, then it shall pay the equivalent of 0.10% of the wages of union members working for the company. The management of the fund shall confirm that these conditions are met on the basis of information provided by the company.
