Videophones. VDOC will make videophones, either portable or non-portable, available at every VDOC facility where inmates with hearing disabilities are incarcerated. VDOC will provide a videophone at a location easily accessible to inmates with hearing disabilities. Inmates with hearing disabilities will be provided access to these devices in a manner equivalent to the access afforded to inmates who use a standard telephone.

Videophones f. Once an accommodation or auxiliary aid or service is approved pursuant to an Assessment, that status will not change as a result of an individual’s transfer to another housing assignment at the same or lower custody level, and such accommodations or auxiliary aids or services will not be revoked except pursuant to a later Assessment, provided that CDOC may temporarily revoke such accommodations or auxiliary aids or services pending an Assessment if they pose a threat to safety or security.

When an incarcerated person is transferred to a housing assignment with a higher custody level, a new Assessment shall be conducted to determine which auxiliary aids are reasonably necessary to ensure equally effective communication and access to services consistent with the individual’s new housing assignment. CDOC shall revise its policies to include and conform to the requirements of §§ 4(d) – (g). Nothing in this Agreement precludes an individual incarcerated person from requesting a specific accommodation pursuant to the CDOC’s accommodation request process.
Videophones. As long as a Deaf inmate is incarcerated at Maryland Correctional Institution- Jessup (MCI-J), DPSCS will make videophone technology available at MCI-J for use by Deaf inmates no later than twelve months from the Effective Date of this agreement. As long as a Deaf inmate is incarcerated at Maryland Correctional Institution- Women (MCI-W), DPSCS will make videophone technology available at MCI-W for use by Deaf inmates no later than twelve months from the Effective Date of this agreement. For any other DPSCS Correctional Facility where a Deaf inmate is incarcerated, DPSCS will make videophone technology available by way of a portable videophone for use by Deaf inmates at the particular DPSCS Correctional Facility no later than twelve months from the Effective Date of this Agreement. For any other DPSCS Correctional Facility, DPSCS will make videophone technology available by way of a portable videophone for use by Deaf inmates who use sign language or are unable to read the communication from TDD or TTY equipment. After videophone technology is implemented by way of a portable videophone pursuant to this Agreement, when a Deaf inmate subsequently becomes eligible for use of the portable videophone or is transferred to a DPSCS Correctional Facility other than MCI-J or MCI-W, DPSCS will make best efforts to make available videophone technology by way of a portable videophone for the inmate’s use within one week of the inmate’s eligibility or transfer. Access to the videophones at MCI-J and MCI-W will be made available during the same time as standard telephones and TTYs. Videophones will allow voice carry over relay.

  • Cell Phones The College follows the State’s Cell Phone Policy. Employees who receive cell phones from the College shall also abide by this Policy. The College shall provide the Policy to any employee who is given a cell phone. Employees are responsible for the cost of all personal calls. While the College anticipates some incidental personal use of cell phones, it is also expected that such use is infrequent.

  • Computers All computers, hardware, software, computer upgrades and maintenance in connection therewith shall be at Owner's expense.

  • Telephones The Unit may or may not have a telephone. If this is a material concern please check with Manager to determie if the Unit has phone service. Phones are for local calls only. LIMITED DAMAGE WAIVER PROGRAM

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Mobile Phones The Company’s expectations in relation to the use of Company provided mobile phones are outlined in Company policy HR-P13. If an Employee is provided with a mobile phone by the Company, the Employee shall be liable for the cost of excessive private telephone calls. Employees agree to make themselves contactable via their personal mobile phone to receive instructions from their supervisors, with the Company reimbursing Employees the cost of any such telephone calls. It is not a condition of employment to own a mobile phone. No Employee shall be engaged in private telephone conversations whilst at work with the exception of designated breaks and in emergency situations. The Company will not be liable for the repair or replacement of personal mobile phones.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.

  • Images If applicable, the CONSULTANT is prohibited from capturing on any visual medium images of any property, logo, student, or employee of the DISTRICT, or any image that represents the DISTRICT without express written consent from the DISTRICT.

  • Cards 2.1 The Card is a prepaid payment card which may be used to pay for goods and services at participating retailers that accept MasterCard cards located within FLORA shopping mall(s). It is designed for use only within this limited network of shops and retail locations where You are physically present. Like any payment card, We cannot guarantee that a particular retailer will accept the Card – please check with the retailer before attempting the transaction if You are unsure.

  • Devices BNY Mellon will restrict the transfer of Customer Data from its network to mass storage devices. BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.

  • Computer The Contractor shall maintain at its office for its use a computer with, at a minimum, a 1 GHz processor and an internet connection. The Contractor shall maintain individual email accounts for each of its project managers.
