Cards definition

Cards means either a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card, debit card (or other similar card that requires a PIN for identification purposes), or pre-paid, stored-value or gift card.
Cards means Association or Other Network branded cards that enable consumers to purchase goods and services from Merchants.
Cards means the CBD Smiles Visa Platinum Credit Card and / or the CBD Smiles Visa Signature Credit Card in physical or virtual form.

Examples of Cards in a sentence

  • The parties shall each acquire information generated in connection with the use of Cards and shall appropriately handle such information in accordance with their respectively prescribed privacy policies and other such rules.

  • Transactions in which Cards were used that are conducted in the period until the suspension referred to in the preceding two paragraphs [becomes effective] shall be conducted in accordance with this Agreement and the Merchant Agreements.

More Definitions of Cards

Cards means all the credit cards we issue to you and to any other person with authorization for use on this Account pursuant to this Agreement.

Cards means the American Express Corporate Gold and Green Card(s) associated with the corresponding Card Account(s) and issued in Singapore to a person named on the Card.
