VENDOR SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISIONS. Vendor’s Hardware Warranty, Limitations and Release attached to this Contract are incorporated into this Contract. Vendors Quote #Q-247804 is incorporated into this Contract.
VENDOR SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISIONS. The products supplied in Attachment A represent only some of our available inventory at this time. Safeware supplies numerous manufactures in the categories of Face Covering, Protective Tools, Gloves, Isolation Gowns, Cleaning supplies and Disinfectant, Hand Sanitizers and Thermometers. Safeware also is strategically purchasing these categories well into next year. Both the product and pricing represent what is currently available or what will be available and both are subject to change. As the worldwide demand of these products far exceeds the supply, Safeware must request alternates to the items listed in Attachment A, if required, same or equal to the same specifications as the original with the state’s approval. This pricing is current to the request of this contract and pricing is subject to change.   • Supplemental Provisions All of the terms, conditions, representations, warranties, covenants and other provisions, if any, set forth in the supplemental provisions attached hereto as Schedule 2 (the “Supplemental Provisions”) are hereby incorporated into this Contract and shall be considered a part hereof.
