Local Provisions definition

Local Provisions means any local provisions (e.g. provisions required to address local laws and local regulations) with respect to the Governing Law as set out in the Country Specific Provisions.

  • The number of representatives and the areas which they represent are set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions.

Related to Local Provisions

  • Additional Provisions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 15.01.

  • Special Provisions Special Provisions are specific conditions or requirements peculiar to the contract under consideration and are supplemental to the General Provisions. Should the Special Provisions conflict with the General Provisions, the Special Provisions shall prevail.

  • Supplemental Provisions means these Supplemental Provisions for Federally Funded Contracts, Grants, and Purchase Orders subject to the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006, As Amended, as may be revised pursuant to ongoing guidance from the relevant Federal or State of Colorado agency or institution of higher education.

  • General Provisions means those portions of the Subscription Agreement headed “General Provisions” and contained on pages 7 to 12;

  • Other Definitional Provisions set forth in Section 1.2 of the Credit and Security Agreement are incorporated by reference into this Supplement. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the 20__-_ Exchange Note, the terms of the Credit and Security Agreement and the terms of this Supplement, this Supplement will prevail.
