Variation & amendments. No variation of these Terms of Business shall be effective unless it is in writing. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, you agree that we have a right to amend these Terms of Business by sending you either a notice of amendment in writing or a revised Terms of Business. Any amendment will apply in respect of any service transaction entered into by us after notice of the amendment or a revised Terms of Business is provided to you to the extent permitted by law.
Variation & amendments. 23.1 No addition to or variation, consensual cancellation or novation of this agreement and no waiver of any right arising from this agreement or its breach or termination shall be of any force or effect unless reduced to writing and signed by all the parties or their duly authorized representatives.

We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any changes or additions. You may end this contract at any time by giving 14 days’ notice in writing under section 20.

Any addition or alteration of these Terms and Conditions made from time to time by KSL of which notice has been given to the Client shall be binding upon the Client as fully as if the same were contained in these Terms and Conditions 24. Disclosure of Information KSL may not without the Client’s prior consent, disclose any information about the Client or any other person relating to the Investment Account, to any other third party other than in the following circumstances:
Variation & amendments. We may modify the AUSA or any policy (reference in this AUSA) at any time and at our sole discretion. By using the MESH PLATFORM, you agree to be bound by any such modifications. Each time you access the MESH PLATFORM the current version of this AUSA as made available to you will apply. You will note that at the bottom of this AUSA, the date of last modification is indicated. You are encouraged to check the revision date with each use to ensure you are comfortable with the latest revisions. If you are dissatisfied with the MESH PLATFORM, its Content or the revised AUSA, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the MESH PLATFORM.
Variation & amendments. Save as expressly provided by this Agreement no amendments or variations of this Agreement shall be effective unless agreed to in writing by the duly authorised representatives of The Abstract Club and the Client.
