Vacation Days and Paid Leave. Upon classification as a full-time employee, the Employee will be entitled to take four (4) weeks of vacation days, three (3) additional personal time off days, and shall be entitled to compensation in connection therewith, in accordance with Company policy applicable to senior-level executive employees of the Company, as approved by the Chief Executive Officer in its sole discretion.

  • Vacation Days Employee shall be entitled to the same paid vacation days each calendar year during the term of this Employee Agreement as authorized by the Company for its other employees.
