VACANCIES AND JOB POSTINGS. 12.01 If a position within a classification identified in Schedule “A” becomes vacant, either because an employee is absent, or expected to be absent for more than four (4) weeks, or because the number of persons at work within a classification is increased, the Employer shall post notice of such job vacancy, and adhere to the following prior to hiring new employees.
