Utility Coordination and Stakeholder Meetings. The Consultant shall: • Conduct a detailed field review and site inventory of the Project area to visually determine the presence of buried and overhead utilities. The data gathered shall be superimposed on topographic mapping developed for this project or on an available aerial photograph at a scale acceptable to the City. • Coordinate with the affected utility companies and agencies to update information on existing and proposed utility facilities within the Project area. Agencies to be contacted by the Consultant shall include, but not be limited to: City of North Las Vegas, Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC), Clark County Regional Flood Control District (CCRFCD), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), NV Energy, CenturyLink, Xxx Communications, Southwest Gas, Kern River Gas, Freeway Arterial Systems of Transportation (FAST), adjacent developers and their engineers, and other local and state agencies to collect available records regarding the size and location of their existing and proposed facilities, as applicable, and to determine where there may be conflicts. • Track utility submittals and comments on a Utility Submittal Matrix and provide a copy of said correspondence to the City. • Prepare a Utility Conflict Schedule and identify potential utility conflicts and potential utility relocations including responsible party. • Submit all milestone submittals to the various utility agencies. • Review and respond to the comments received from the utility agencies. • Obtain final approval signatures from applicable utilities in the project area.

  • Project Managers; Meetings 10.1 Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party shall designate a Project Manager responsible for coordinating the Party’s Work and shall provide the other Party with a written notice containing the name and contact information of such Project Manager (“Project Manager”). In no event shall any Project Manager be authorized to amend or modify the provisions of this Agreement. Each Party may change its Project Manager, from time to time, by written notice to the other Party.

  • Utility Coordination Identify all potential utility conflicts and provide preliminary office check plans showing the problem locations, posted to the City’s FTP site. Plans will clearly identify specific utility company facilities by color and by name (i.e. not just “gas” or “fiber optic”). ENGINEER shall include a conflict list for each utility, also posted to the FTP site. ENGINEER shall meet with utility company representatives to review plans and utility verification forms (Attachment No. 3 to Exhibit “A”) at each milestone date and as directed by the CITY and as determined necessary by the ENGINEER. This in- formation will be compiled into a summary report (Attachment No. 4 to Exhibit “A” also available on the City’s FTP site) maintained and updated by ENGINEER as necessary to present a cohesive and reflective status of utilities, and provided to the City as necessary. ENGINEER shall maintain involvement with utility companies until all conflicts have been resolved (not just identified). When appropriate, the City Engineer will approve the identification on plans of conflicts to be resolved during construction. ENGINEER shall meet with involved utility company/ies and project contractor to resolve any conflicts with utilities that occur during construction.

  • Cooperation and Coordination The Parties acknowledge and agree that it is their mutual objective and intent to minimize, to the extent feasible and legal, taxes payable with respect to their collaborative efforts under this Agreement and that they shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate and coordinate with each other to achieve such objective.
