Use of Employer Equipment. The Union may use the Employer's equipment at reasonable times when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Union shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use.

Use of Employer Equipment. The Union shall be allowed use of Employer office equipment, such as needed for duplication and distribution of information to employees, only in accordance with Board policies regarding such matters as they apply to other non-Employer groups. It is understood that not all Employer office equipment is available for use by non-Employer groups and that available equipment typically has a rental charge. Use of Employer equipment under this section does not allow personal use by Union representatives or bargaining unit members. Approved use of Employer meeting rooms does not create a right to use any Employer equipment located in or around those rooms.
Use of Employer Equipment. The Federation may use the Employer’s equipment, such as duplicating and audiovisual, provided that such use shall not interfere with the Employer's use, shall not require the services of any non-bargaining unit employees and shall not be used in a manner that interferes with the Employer’s operations, personnel or students. The Federation will be charged and will pay any customary charges for use of such Employer equipment. Requests to use such equipment shall be processed through regular Employer procedures/channels.

  • USE OF EMPLOYER FACILITIES 12.01 Reasonable space on bulletin boards in convenient locations will be made available to the Alliance for the posting of official Alliance notices. The Alliance shall endeavour to avoid requests for posting of notices which the Employer, acting reasonably, could consider adverse to its interests or to the interests of any of its representatives. Posting of notices or other materials shall require the prior approval of the Employer, except notices related to the business affairs of the Alliance, including the names of Alliance representatives, and social and recreational events. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Use of Service Areas The service areas, as located within the Project, shall be ear- marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.
