Updated Project Base Map. Processing of the LIDAR data and preparation of the updated project base map will be performed by Maptek and Xxxxxxx, respectively. Both act as subcontractors to SAGE. The scope of work for each subcontractor is briefly summarized below, with details and costs provided in the attached proposals. Maptek will review the USGS LIDAR data collected along the bluff and beach area between Pleasure Point and the Opal area, and extract data between and Avenues. Based on discussions with USGS personnel, most of the non-terrain objects (people, stairways, trees, etc.) have already been removed by the USGS during data processing. Maptek will review the processed data to remove any remaining non-terrain objects, create a digital terrain model surface, and create topographic contours on a one-foot interval. The surface and contour data will be exported into a format for use in AutoCAD. Following processing by Maptek, Xxxxxxx will compile and transform the LIDAR surface and contour data, County supplied CAD data (survey points, property lines, right-of-way, etc.), and 2003 County imagery into a project base map at a scale comparable to with a 1’ contour interval. The horizontal datum be NAD83 California State Plane, Zone (US survey feet), and the vertical datum will be US survey feet. Given the LIDAR survey data only covers the bluff and beach area, Xxxxxxx will supplement the LIDAR-generated topography where possible along East Cliff Drive using County survey points. The extent of the areas where this may be possible is unknown. We understand that the project civil consultant will supplement the topographic data as needed East Cliff at a later date. We have assumed that the 2003 County imagery will be of sufficient resolution for use as the orthophoto base. Please note that the imagery will not be rectified and may not match LIDAR-generated topography. Following base map preparation, Xxxxxxx will perform up to five (5) days of field work to the horizontal and vertical accuracy of the LIDAR and County survey data. During the field work, the Xxxxxxx survey crew will also survey additional ground features necessary for soil nail wall design, such as the of the neighboring bluff protection structures. Note that the Xxxxxxx field survey crews are members of the Operating Engineers NEERING 5 Union No. 3 and comply with local prevailing wage schedules.   • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

  • Construction Progress Schedule; Overall Project Schedule The Contractor shall submit for review by the Design Professional and approval by the Owner a Construction Progress Schedule based upon the Design Professional’s Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule and prepared using a CPM (Critical Path Method) process within sixty days after the Effective Date of the Contract, utilizing a full-featured software package in a form satisfactory to the Design Professional and Owner, showing the dates for commencement and completion of the Work required by the Contract Documents, including coordination of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical disciplines, as well as coordination of the various subdivisions of the Work within the Contract. Milestones must be clearly indicated and sequentially organized to identify the critical path of the Project. The Construction Schedule will be developed to represent the CSI specification divisions. It shall have the minimum number of activities required to adequately represent to the Owner the complete scope of Work and define the Project’s (and each Phase’s if phased) critical path and associated activities. The format of the Construction Progress Schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, inspections for Material Completion and Occupancy Date, and Final Completion Date. The Contractor shall submit, along with the Construction Progress Schedule, the Submittal Schedule for approval by the Design Professional, correlating the associated approval dates for the documents with the Construction Progress Schedule. Upon recommendation by the Design Professional and approval by the Owner, the Construction Progress Schedule shall become the Overall Project Schedule, which shall be utilized by the Design Professional, Owner and Contractor. The Contractor must provide the Design Professional and the Owner with monthly updates of the Overall Project Schedule indicating completed activities and any changes in sequencing or activity durations, including approved change orders. See also Article 3.3.5.

  • Project Construction Budget The project construction cost allowance specifically stated in writing as the ‘revised’ or ‘current’ ‘Project Construction Budget’ by the Trustees at each applicable phase of plan development.

  • Project Budget A Project Budget shall be prepared and maintained by Grantee. The Project Budget shall detail all costs for which the Grant will be used during each calendar month of the Term. The Project Budget must be approved in writing by the Project Monitor. Grantee shall carry out the Project and shall incur costs and make disbursements of funds provided hereunder by the Sponsor only in conformity with the Project Budget. The current approved Project Budget is contained in Attachment B.   • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date.
