Survey Data definition

Survey Data means geospatial data that is determined by measurement or survey;
Survey Data means information pertaining to a plot of land obtained from a survey;
Survey Data means: (i) the information contained in the Land Registration Instruments and Records which may be used to create or modify a map, plan, chart or other visual representation of land; and (ii) Land Registration Instruments and Records that constitute or pertain to any map, plan, chart or other visual representation of land.

More Definitions of Survey Data

Survey Data means any and all information input, collected, or generated in connection with the Services by or on behalf of the State or any Authorized User, including any survey definitions, survey questions developed and created by the State, response data, panel data, uploaded content such as graphics, user information, and any reports or other analysis or information based on or derived from any of the foregoing.
