License Types. The following License Types may be offered with respect to individual Software products or product families. Additional license types may be specified with respect to certain products or product groups as set forth in the Product Specific Terms. The License Type will be specified in an LSDA.
License Types. The Software may be provided under the following Licenses.
License Types. (a) A Team License shall mean a subscription license that provides a limited number of licenses to a set amount of developers for a named Customer. Customer must procure enough active licenses for each individual who has Programmatic Access. A Team License only grants rights to a named Customer and does not extend any right, in any form, to any parent or subsidiary company of Customer. A Team License cannot be used as a floating license.
License Types. The following license types may be offered with respect to individual EDA Software products. Additional license types may be specified with respect to certain products as set forth in an Order. Each license may be used only by Authorized Users in the Territory and for the term specified in the Order. Separate installations must be maintained for EDA Software licensed with different Territory specifications.

License Types. As indicated on the invoice, the following license type(s) apply. Under any license type licensee may use the program as indicated on the invoice, and is restricted to the number of development, server, and redistribution licenses indicated.

The Software is provided to Licensee subject to specific terms and conditions that further define the scope of Licensee's permitted installation of Licenses and Use of the Software based on the type of license granted ("License Type"). The License Types, and the terms and conditions applicable to each License Type, are set out in Appendix A to this Agreement. Licensee must not, and must not attempt to, install any License(s) or Use the Software outside of the scope of the License Type that applies to the License(s) issued to Licensee. Any actual or attempted installation of Licenses or Use of the Software outside of the scope of the applicable License Type is a breach of this Agreement and an infringement of the rights of SideFX.
License Types. In general, Vector offers the license types stated below. The availability of these license types depends on the Product. For stand-alone applications: • Device License For Client/Server applications: • Server License • Device CAL Regardless of the type of License, to ensure that the product is used in accordance with the license acquired, the proper Assignment and Activation of the respective license under section 6 and 7 is a prerequisite for the Customer's right to use the Product.
License Types. Customer’s access to the Software is limited to the number and type(s) of users, databases, transactions, operations or other license types specified in the Order Form and shall be used in accordance with the applicable terms for each license type set forth below.
