Each Mortgage Note definition

Each Mortgage Note evidencing a Closed End Mortgage Loan is comprised of one original promissory note and each such promissory note constitutes an "instrument" for purposes of Section 9-105(1)(i) of the UCC. There is no obligation on the part of the Seller or any other party to make payments in addition to those made by the Mortgagor with respect to the Closed End Mortgage Loans;
