Rental Guardian Vacation Rental Insurance has been made available with your reservation prior to your occupancy. Vacation Rental Insurance reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. We strongly recommend you purchase this valuable protection. If you have not purchased, you acknowledge you have read and understand our cancellation policy and choose not to purchase Vacation Rental Insurance on behalf of your party. Please read the document and contact Rental Guardian with any questions. Due to the nature of our business, most reservations are made well in advance of the arrival date. We strongly encourage guests to purchase Vacation Insurance to help minimize any losses you may suffer from cancellations that occur after reservation becomes NON REFUNDABLE. Guest authorizes Manager to charge the credit card on file for deposits, damage deposits, balances, cleaning fees or any other optional charges Guest agreed to pay. Guest authorizes that any outstanding balances or excess damage may be charged when due, as specified herein.

BALANCE. Such Receivable had an original Principal Balance of not more than $64,904.84 and, as of the Cut-off Date, had a Principal Balance of not less than $2,000.00 and not more than $60,245.54.

This restriction will include any balconies and common areas of the complex. In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 60 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 60 days or more prior to arrival date, you will receive a refund with no cancellation fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE 60-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended. Please let us know if you would like travel insurance added to your reservation. No gas or charcoal barbeque grills are permitted on balconies or in the unit. No open flames ie. Candle burning is not permitted on balconies or in the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental, activation of smoke detector alarm. Firearms of any kind are not permitted. are allowed unless special approval is given in certain properties. Pets possibly may be allowed in specific pet friendly units but those may have number of pet and weight limit restrictions. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises when approval was not received, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit. An extra "pet" cleaning fee and deposit may be required on all approvals. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. Refunds are NOT given for inclement weather, hurricane evacuations (whether mandatory or otherwise), travel bans or restrictions, military deployments, restricted access to resort or barrier islands or the general municipality, earthquakes, road or airport closings or late arrivals, pandemics (whether declared or not) ("Events"). We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance and by proceeding with the reservation without buying insurance you specifically acknowledge that this is a rental home and it is not a hotel and that further you agree to pay all rental amounts due in the event of such an Event occurring. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in a non-pet friendly unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit unless you received written approval. The credit card on file will be charged for the costs of cleaning and such other costs including, but not limited to, extermination of fleas/insects, cleaning/deodorization of carpets and window treatments and/or repair of any damage to the property caused by pet. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted according to local statutes with forfeiture of all monies.

BALANCE. On the fourth Business Day prior to each Payment Date, the Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to pay, on such Payment Date, the balance (after making the payments required in Section 3.4 of this Series Supplement), if any, of the amounts available from the Series 2010-1 Accrued Interest Account as follows: (i) first, to the Administrator, in an amount equal to the Series 2010-1 Percentage as of the beginning of the Series 2010-1 Interest Period ending on the day preceding such Payment Date of the Monthly Administration Fee for such Series 2010-1 Interest Period; (ii) second, to the Trustee, in an amount equal to the Series 2010-1 Percentage as of the beginning of the Series 2010-1 Interest Period ending on the day preceding such Payment Date of any Trustee’s fees for such Series 2010-1 Interest Period that remain unpaid on such Payment Date; (iii) third, on a pro rata basis, to the Back-Up Disposition Agent and the Back-Up Administrator, in an amount equal to the Series 2010-1 Percentage as of the beginning of the Series 2010-1 Interest Period ending on the day preceding such Payment Date of the Back-Up Disposition Agent’s and the Back-Up Administrator’s fees for such Series 2010-1 Interest Period; (iv) fourth, on a pro rata basis, to pay any Indenture Carrying Charges (other than Indenture Carrying Charges provided for above) that remain unpaid on such Payment Date to the Persons to whom such amounts are owed, in an amount equal to the Series 2010-1 Percentage as of the beginning of the Series 2010-1 Interest Period ending on the day preceding such Payment Date of such Indenture Carrying Charges for such Series 2010-1 Interest Period; and (v) fifth, the balance, if any, shall be withdrawn from the Series 2010-1 Accrued Interest Account by the Trustee and (A) during the Series 2010-1 Revolving Period, deposited into the Series 2010-1 Excess Collection Account or (B) during the Series 2010-1 Rapid Amortization Period, deposited into the Series 2010-1 Collection Account and treated as Principal Collections.
