Common use of Union Bargaining Committees Clause in Contracts

Union Bargaining Committees. A union main bargaining committee shall be appointed and consist of the President of the Union, Vice-Presidents (or designates) of each Public Service component. Components with more than 7,500 members may have a second representative. Component bargaining committees shall be appointed by the Components. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of members of the staff of the Union when negotiating with the Employer.
