Common use of Union Bargaining Committees Clause in Contracts

Union Bargaining Committees. A bargaining committee shall be appointed by the Union and shall consist of up to three (3) people representing the Union. The Union reserves the right to use up to three (3) additional persons at any one time for technical information or advice. The Union acknowledges that the normal operations of the College shall not be impaired. The Union shall advise the College of its appointees to this Committee.
