Uniforms, Bonds, and Fees. A. Provision and Maintenance of Uniforms - Employees required to wear uniforms shall have four of the assigned uniforms provided to them by the City, with annual replacement of items as needed. The City shall be responsible for costs incurred for replacement uniforms as the result of weight gain/loss one time per year, after which the employee shall be responsible for same. Uniform maintenance shall be the responsibility of the employee except the City will provide a laundry service to employees for their uniform shirts and pants. Employees will be responsible for laundering their jacket, liner or any other item of special clothing purchased and supplied by the City.

  • Payment and Fees 4.1 Invoices will be sent via email and invoiced amounts include applicable sales taxes and VAT.

  • Permits and Fees Contractor shall secure and pay for all permits, governmental fees, licenses and inspections necessary for the proper execution and completion of Work which are customarily secured after execution of the Contract and which are legally required.   • SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES You will pay fees incurred on the Account, including, without limitation, fees imposed by a Third Party through Your initiation of a Transaction. You will pay the service charges that We establish from time to time for The Services, including, without limitation, service charges for providing records regarding You that We are legally required to provide. You acknowledge receipt of a schedule of Our charges for The Services in effect at the time of acceptance of this Agreement. We may, from time to time, increase or decrease the service charges for The Services and provide notice of such changes by sending a notice to Your Contact Info, by posting notice at Our premises or on the Financial Institution’s website, by personal delivery, or by any other means We, acting reasonably, consider appropriate to bring the change to Your attention. Current service charges for The Services may be obtained by contacting Us or through the Financial Institution’s website. You are responsible for determining the then-current service charges for The Services You request, in advance of using The Services. By requesting The Services, You acknowledge Your agreement to pay service charges for The Services as requested as then in effect. The Financial Institution can deduct such obligations from Your Account (or other Accounts belonging to You with Us) when The Services are requested or performed. New or amended service charges and fees will become effective on the stated effective date following publication, when The Services are requested or performed, or when incurred, and in any event, no later than 30 days after publication by Us.

  • Tuition and Fees The School Corporation shall not charge tuition to any student, other than a non-resident student in accordance with § 38-1802.06(e) of the Act, unless such student would otherwise be liable for tuition costs under the Act. The School Corporation shall not charge for participation in the School’s credit recovery program any student who is not liable for tuition costs under the Act, should the school operate such a program. The School Corporation may charge reasonable fees or other payment for after school programs, field trips, or similar non-mandatory student activities.

  • Taxes and Fees Each Party shall pay any and all transfer and registration tax, expenses and fees incurred thereby or levied thereon in accordance with the laws of China in connection with the preparation and execution of this Agreement and the Transfer Contracts, as well as the consummation of the transactions contemplated under this Agreement and the Transfer Contracts.
